Mount Vinson Expedition

Mount Vinson is a truly unique expedition to the highest mountain on the most remote continent on Earth! Mount Vinson lies in the Ellsworth Massif and sits at a height of 4892m (a fraction higher than Mont Blanc!). This is a challenging expedition, don’t let the height fool you! Summit temperatures of approximately -40°c are to be expected and the effect of altitude is equivalent to far higher peaks due to Mount Vinson’s extreme Southerly latitude.

This expedition will be run through Antartctic Logistics & Expeditions - https://antarctic-logistics.com/trip/mount-vinson/

Scott has guided Mount Vinson several times. Please get in touch if you would like more information.

“Our guide Scott Webster, from Scotland, was the best guide. I simply cannot express how comfortable was his demeanour, professionalism, and leadership.”
